Supervisor, Client Service & Strategy

Client Service & Strategy Department

As a Supervisor, Client Service & Strategy at ndm, you will partner with the Director, Client Service & Strategy to bring marketing plans to life. Keeping a pulse on performance, you’ll nurture relationships with clients and assist with the development of communication strategies and campaigns. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture client relationships 
  • Effectively drive strategy and results 
  • Monitor marketing performance (digital and traditional) 
  • Distribute client performance reports 
  • Lead client check-ins and performance meetings  
  • Contribute to marketing plan development 
  • Review deliverables for brand integrity and strategy 
  • Grow/upsell existing business

Additional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business, or related field 
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience or previous agency experience 

Skills and Knowledge

  • Microsoft Suite (required) 
  • Wrike (preferred) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong people skills to navigate a range of personalities

Her expertise in marketing automation has enabled her to design and execute successful lead management and lead nurturing workflows across the buyer’s journey, ultimately shortening the sales cycle. She also leverages data to enhance storytelling, identify trends, measure performance and refine marketing automation strategies.
