As a Production Manager at ndm, you will work with account managers and our team of trusted vendors to maintain project timelines and deliver the high-quality marketing products that ndm is known for. Assisting with pricing and product recommendations, creating job estimates and product purchase orders, you’ll be the go-to for your team’s production needs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create estimates for client projects 
  • Obtain and manage client purchase orders 
  • Work with vendor partners on client deliverables 
  • Maintain external project timelines 
  • Track change order requests for billing documentation 
  • Review/approve product samples for client delivery 
  • Make product recommendations when needed 
  • Other account services tasks as assigned 

 

Additional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Accounting experience (preferred) 
  • Print production experience (preferred) 
  • Previous agency experience a plus 

 

Skills and Knowledge

  • Microsoft Suite (required) 
  • QuickBooks (preferred) 
  • Wrike (preferred) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Her expertise in marketing automation has enabled her to design and execute successful lead management and lead nurturing workflows across the buyer’s journey, ultimately shortening the sales cycle. She also leverages data to enhance storytelling, identify trends, measure performance and refine marketing automation strategies.
