Accounts Director, Health Care

The Accounts Director for Health Care will lead and manage the health care accounts and project managers, supporting strong relationships with our health care clients. This individual will maintain project schedules, update statuses in our project management software (Wrike), communicate statuses to clients and work with outside partners/vendors on client deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the health care accounts and project managers
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain client expectations and deliverables
  • Provide timely communication between relevant departments including digital, accounts and creative
  • Communicate with clients on marketing performance reports and results as well as changes to their project schedule
  • Track change order requests, approval status and documentation for billing

Additional qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience creating and presenting detailed reports
  • A background in health care marketing is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Wrike software is a plus, but not required
