Account Manager

As an Account Manager at ndm, you will partner with the rest of the account services team and work with our editorial, graphic design, and digital marketing teams to execute projects on behalf of the client. Acting as a liaison between ndm’s clients and team members, you will initiate new projects, maintain internal project timelines, and ensure deliverables are client ready. 


  • Manage client projects, ensuring all involved teams are informed of project progress 
  • Providing timely communication between relevant departments including digital, accounts and creative  
  • Collect client feedback  
  • Maintain internal and external project timelines 
  • Review client deliverables before production/delivery 
  • Ensure client deliverables adhere to brand standards and strategy 
  • Request/review marketing reports 


Additional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business, or related field 
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience or previous agency experience 


Skills and Knowledge

  • Microsoft Suite (required) 
  • Wrike (preferred) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Strong people skills to navigate a range of personalities

Sarah joined the ndm team in April 2023 and brings with her 15 years of experience in marketing automation. Prior to ndm, she owned and operated a number of successful marketing automation programs in the senior living, travel and hospitality and health-tech industries. 

Throughout her career, Sarah honed her skills with various marketing automation tools and strategies to streamline and optimize marketing campaigns across channels for maximum impact and ROI. Her expertise in marketing automation has enabled her to design and execute successful lead management and lead nurturing workflows across the buyer’s journey, ultimately shortening the sales cycle. She also leverages data to enhance storytelling, identify trends, measure performance and refine marketing automation strategies.
