Account Director

Client Service Department

As an Account Director at ndm, you will be responsible for achieving the client’s marketing objectives by creating and maintaining strategic plans, and you will be responsible for overall client health. You’ll lead your internal team to deliver on clients’ goals, objectives, and strategic direction, working closely with the Account Supervisor to foster a culture of growth and development within the team.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Client strategic oversight
  • Lead development of communication strategies and campaigns
  • Oversee client annual budget development and approval
  • Build, manage and maintain client satisfaction
  • Manage team productivity, satisfaction, and growth
  • Effectively drive strategy and results 
  • Oversee client annual budget development and approval

Additional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, business, communications or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience or previous agency experience
  • Self-sufficient and self-motivated with the ability to independently manage client communities
  • Extensive integrated omnichannel advertising experience
  • Proven track record of developing strong client relationships
 

Skills and Knowledge

  • Microsoft Suite (required) 
  • Wrike (preferred) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong people skills to navigate a range of personalities
  • Ability to build strategic client relationships and partnerships
  • Strong leadership skills (developing others, building a successful team, leadership disposition)

Her expertise in marketing automation has enabled her to design and execute successful lead management and lead nurturing workflows across the buyer’s journey, ultimately shortening the sales cycle. She also leverages data to enhance storytelling, identify trends, measure performance and refine marketing automation strategies.
